Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration for the Williams Valley School District will be held April 1, 2022 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. There will be an evening registration on Monday, April 4, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Williams Valley Elementary School. The registration forms can be found below to be filled out and printed. If you are unable to print the registration forms out, please call the elementary office at (717) 647-2167 to request the forms to be mailed.
Parents of students who will be attending school in August 2022 are required to call the elementary office at (717) 647-2167 to make an appointment to register their child/children for Kindergarten at this time. The requirements for kindergarten registration are that the child be five (5) years of age on or before September 1, 2022, and that the child resides within the Williams Valley School District. We ask that only 1 person and the student being registered attends the appointment. The student being registered will do a speech/language screening and a vision screening.
In addition to the completed registration forms, parents are required to bring with them proof of the child's age (Birth certificate, baptismal certificate or transcript of the record of baptism showing date of birth are acceptable documents.); immunization record; and 2 proofs of residency (Driver's license plus, a lease, sales agreement, or a real estate tax bill are acceptable documents for proof of residency).

Immunizations required by Pennsylvania Law for entrance to kindergarten are:
• 4 doses of Diptheria, Petussis and Tetanus (DTaP) vaccine. (last dose must have been given after 4th birthday)
• 2 doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine.
• 3 doses of oral Polio vaccine or 4 doses of injected vaccine. (last dose must have been given after 4th birthday)
• 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
• 2 doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine.
• 3 doses of oral Polio vaccine or 4 doses of injected vaccine. (last dose must have been given after 4th birthday)
• 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
